Disgruntled police officer Aaron Miller is assigned the case of his career. A cold-blooded psychopath with a gruesome taste for twisted pleasures is out there. This psychopath is totally ruthless killing anywhere at any time with seeming randomness. A city-wide nightmare has begun. Aaron's own life begins to unravel. A chance encounter leads him to interview the employees of City Café. Marred with addiction, poverty, and personal loss each employee experiences tragedies as well as triumphs; all while someone on their crew is taking a journey through the dark side of human nature intent on one of them being the next victim.
