Gustav Kuhn conducts the Arnold Schoenberg Chor in this memorable recording of Joseph Haydn's "Die Schöpfung" oratorio, filmed inside the Great Hall of Vienna's Old University as part of a 1982 festival celebrating the 250th anniversary of the composer's birth. Soloists include Arleen Augér (soprano), Peter Schreier (tenor), Walter Berry (bass-baritone), Gabriele Sima (contralto) and Roland Hermann (bass-baritone).
