Resort

Resort is a three-channel, panoramic video projection that references the genre of science fiction and the technological history of visual spectacle. Employing a densely layered visual language comprised of staged actions, location footage and repurposed imagery, it explores the histories and legacies of colonization as it evokes contemporary crises related to physical, economical and ideological boundaries through a narrative set in a tourist resort.
