Viktor Georgiyev

1937 - 2010

Родился 8 января 1937 года в Новороссийске. Отец — Михаил Георгиевич Георгиев (1895, Новороссийск — 19 января 1938), грек, работал бухгалтером на одном из предприятий Новороссийска, расстрелян. Мать — Беатрисса Айваз, караимка, погибла в Новороссийске во время немецко-фашистской оккупации в ходе уничтожения еврейского и караимского населения города. Воспитывался в Москве сёстрами Танатар, которые приходились ему тётками. В 1946—1951 годах учился в музыкальной школе им. Гнесиных. С 1955 года работал осветителем на киностудии «Мосфильм». В 1962 году окончил режиссёрский факультет ВГИКа (мастерская Льва Кулешова). Член Союза кинематографистов СССР с 1981 года.

Умер 10 июня 2010 года в Москве после продолжительной болезни.
