Yugiri High School's new English teacher, Kinko Shimazaki (Miho Nomoto) , A senior teacher and fiancé Kawamura (Rin Sakiyama) is kissing. Upon seeing it, Kinko confiscated the magazine and rebuked Kazuko, but Kazuko took an overtly rebellious attitude. Involuntarily, Kinko slaps. Kinko meets Kawamura to discuss Kazuko. Kawamura somehow takes her to Roppongi's SM show pub "Sugar heel". According to Kawamura, Kazuko's father has made a large donation to the school and has a connection with politicians, so Kazuko is treated as a VIP. There seems to be no teacher or student against her. Kawamura takes Kinko's hand and fights for herself, so she encouraged Kinko to manage to regain a healthy school.

Kamei mixes humour, drama and, in this occasion, bits of horror to visualize the physical transformation in yôkai that the three main actresses undergo. Mihiro Iwasaki (Anri Ban) is a model extremely preoccupied by how others look at and think of her. Then, her nails start growing disproportionately until they become killing weapons. Michiko Yamane (Mariko Miyamitsu) is an unsociable university student and part-time worker in her early twenties only crazy for a hobby. At night she becomes a rokurokubi (female yokai with an extremely long and flexible neck). Finally, Mana Saeki (Haruki Ichikawa) is a last year junior high school student with a very bad character and very distrustful of all her friends, who metamorphoses into a nopperabo (yokai without face).

As before, the tentacled beastie passes from host to host (by thrusting its slimy appendages into its victims' orifices), eventually ending up inside goody-goody schoolgirl Fumie, who does her best 'Linda Blair' impersonation for a while, before the priest inevitably turns up to save the day.

This slice of shot-on-video hentai horror kicks off with a crazy old woman stealing what looks like all-butter shortbread from three statues wearing red hats. This causes an earthquake which releases ancient demon spores from a cave into a nearby pool of water. Unfortunately, this pool is precisely where a lesbian professor—part of a group of students and teachers who are spending a few days camping in the woods—decides to refill her water canteen. She accidentally ingests the spores, which causes the eruption of huge, thrashing, veiny, slime-covered tentacles that seek out new victims and enter the nearest orifice, thus allowing the demon to pass from host to host.
