1894 - 1980James Anthony FitzPatrick (February 26, 1894 – June 12, 1980) was an American producer, director, writer, and narrator, known from the early 1930s as "The Voice of the Globe" from his Fitzpatrick's Traveltalks.

We then take a boat trip on the southern shore of Alaska to see the Columbia Glacier.

The neighborhoods include the Bowery, Chinatown, Herald Square, and Times Square. Some of the architectural highlights are the Empire State Building, the New York Public Library, Temple Emanuel, the Central Park Zoo, and the Rockefeller Center complex. The film ends with a visit to a dining room in the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, where the Xavier Cugat Orchestra entertains.

The last stop is a village on the shore of the Tegernsee, where we see traditional Bavarian dances performed.
