Tells the tale of two brothers Indera Bangsawan and Indera Sakti who has gone out in search of buluh perindu on the orders of their father His Royal Highness. On their oath searching for the buluh perindu they were seperated by a tornado ending up Indera Sakti in a land called Antah Berahi. The land is very much quiet due to its history where a Garuda attacked the land. Indera Bangsawawn on the other hand ended up in a cave occupied by his grangdfather Kuban Shah. He asked his grandfather for help to search for the buluh perindu. He was willingly enough to help him out but before that he needs to go to Antah Permata and marry with Puteri Ratna Saerah. Will the two lost brothers ever find the buluh perindu?

The story tells a tale of a God who lives in a kingdom among the clouds who is at war due to the kingdoms fighting over the ownership of his daughter. To settle the problem the God placed a spell on his daughter transforming her into a Pau fruit and to be thrown on earth. As it landed in the seas it was swept a shore and was found by the maids of a queen who ate the fruit. She was found to be pregnant not long afterwards.

Hassan (P. Ramlee) is 10 when his father died. His mother had died when he was younger. His late father's boss feels sorry for Hassan and adopts him. At the same time, Salmah (Saadiah) has developed a crush towards Hassan, fuelling Aziz's fury. When the Second World War is approaching, the Royal Malay Regiment begins recruiting young soldiers.

The story tells us about a trishaw puller, Amran, and a rich young lady, Azizah. She fell in love with him but their relationship was not approved by her father, orang kaya Marzuki. Ghazali, a gangster entered the scenario when he befriended Marzuki after an accident and put up a false front when he realised Marzuki has a beautiful daughter. Marzuki, not knowing Ghazali's background, trusted him and decided to marry Azizah off to Ghazali. Azizah ran away and went to Amran's shed. Ghazali confronted them and Amran's mother was stabbed in the shoulder. When Marzuki found out the truth that Ghazali was a gangster, he called the wedding off but Ghazali threatened to kill and stole his money. Amran brought Azizah back to her home and managed to stop Ghazali from running away. Marzuki, realised that true beauty lies within and agreed to marry his daughter to Amran.

Ghazali, a local musician, and his friends came to the rescue of Tengku Zaleha when her car got stuck in the mud during a downpour.. She requested to take up piano lesson from Ghazali, knowing this would give her a chance to meet him everyday. Their relationship became closer but was quickly separated when Tengku Zaleha's father and brother found out. Ghazali was beaten by several men till he fainted. In the meantime, Tengku Zaleha was brought back to Singapore and forced to marry Tengku Mukri. Few years later, she went back to Anggerik Villa and Ghazali just couldn't believe his eyes when he saw her as he thought she was dead. Tengku Zaleha was torn between two worlds but later decided to end her marriage. When Tengku Mukri realized what was going on, he couldn't accept the fact as his wife had left him, a man of status and wealth, for a commoner like Ghazali.

Aduka and Teruna are sworn brothers. They have been tasked to keep the law and order according to the Islam ways of the village, Semerah Padi. The village Headmaster has a daughter, Dara, whom has fallen for Aduka secretly. The Headmaster decided to marry his daughter to Teruna not knowing about the relationship between Dara and Aduka. The lovebirds were heart broken but decided to keep things to themselves, Dara not wanting to go against her father's wishes and Aduka not wanting to hurt his brother. The country was attacked by the pirates and Teruna was sent by the Headmaster to render his services to the Sultan. Whilst Teruna was away, Semerah Padi was attacked by Borek and his gang and Dara was kidnapped. Aduka managed to kill Borek and rescued her. With love and passion overcoming their emotions, they committed adultery. Teruna came back victorious and discovered what had happened. What was Teruna's reaction? What happened to Dara and Aduka?

Based on a bangsawan story by stage veteran M. Babjan, ‘Mas Merah’ concerns the titular character who is daughter to a family with two feuding wives. Her mother is Mak Merah, who shares a husband (Pak Sagai) with Mak Gelam. Unfortunately, the pair of mothers are not on good terms with each other, often resorting to verbal abuse and catfights to settle their differences. The animosity and resentment get so far as to incite Mak Gelam to injure and kill Mak Merah. After her mother’s death and accusations of impropriety against her, Mas Merah is forced to leave her family and kampong to seek refuge in the wilderness. There, she meets Awang Sulong, a prince who is born and raised in the forest as a consequence of the king’s blind belief in the slander of his mother Puteri Mayang Mengurai. Together, they seek to do good and reverse the atmosphere of lies and betrayals clouding the kampong and the royal court.
