In a crowded train, young spaniards say goodbye while singing their native country. A Dutch minister, who has come to Morocco to recruit workers whom his "companies" demand, systematically eliminates graduates. Somewhere in Belgium, a laughing Turkish boy helps his flemish friend doing his home works.
