Michael Brandon (born April 20, 1967) is an American actor, originally named Michael Feldman. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, to Miriam and Sol Feldman. At the age of nine, Brandon and his family moved to Valley Stream, where he attended Memorial Junior High School and graduated from Valley Stream Central High School. He later enrolled at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and made his Broadway debut before transitioning to film.

Brandon is known for his roles in the series Dempsey and Makepeace and Dinotopia, as well as in films like Four Flies on Grey Velvet, Vacation in Hell, and Changing Seasons. After moving to the UK, he appeared in shows such as Midsomer Murders and Trial & Retribution. In 2004, he portrayed Arno Penzias in the BBC film Hawking. In 2008, he appeared in Doctor Who and in the American series Bones as Roger Frampton.

In 2011, Brandon guest-starred in the drama Virtuosos and played a supporting role in Captain America: The First Avenger. In 2017, he showcased his autobiographical stand-up comedy Off Ramps at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He appeared in an episode of Casualty on BBC1 in 2022.

In the early 1970s, Brandon was in a relationship with actress Kim Novak. He was married to Lindsay Wagner from 1976 to 1979 and has been married to actress Glynis Barber since November 18, 1989. They have a son, Alex, and live in the UK.
