Selma lives a poor life with her sister Leyla and her alcoholic father. Leyla is the mistress of a rich man called Ziya. Selma gets a job as a secretary and her boss Suat turns out to be the man who Leyla has had a short affair with. Selma and Suat fall in love and decide to get married, but Suat's family doesn't accept her as their bride. Leyla is pregnant, she delivers a baby and returns to her lover Ziya leaving Selma the baby. Selma's father tells Suat that baby is his. Selma also tries to explain the situation but Suat doesn't believe her. Selma gets sick and is hospitalized. Leyla reveals the truth to Suat. The sad days are over for the loving couple..

Suleyman works at a gas station. One of his customers Kenan, who is a businessman, asks him to be his bodyguard. Suleyman is in love with Oya. Kenan wants to prevent their marriage and makes a plot with his brothel girl Cicek. Cicek has an affair with Suleyman and Kenan takes their photos. As Oya sees the photos, she leaves her job. Kenan gets her to work for his relative Leman who is a tailor. Suleyman quits his work and searches for Oya though without success. Oya gets to know about Leman and Kenan's evil plans and she gets seized on her attempt to escape. Cicek informs Suleyman about Oya's whereabouts. Everybody gets organized to save her and they succeed. Cicek shoots Leman and Kenan at the expense of her own life.

Watchmen of the Dawn is about the lives of pilots in the Turkish air force based in the mid-Anatolian town Eskisehir. Göksel is a young pilot with Faruk as his best friend and Aydan, a female lieutenant in the air base, as his platonic love interest. After his plane crashes, Göksel takes a 15-day leave of absence and visits his parents in Istanbul.

Lale is the only daughter of a wealthy family and inherits all her parents' money and property. On a boat tour, she meets Erol the hair dresser. In the beginning they feel attracted to each other but all this ends as she belittles him for his job. Erol's customers are all his fans. Lale calls Erol home, introducing her maid Suna as the landlady while she takes the role of a pedicurist. Erol and Lale get together again yet this time her cousin Cemil wants to marry her to share her wealth. Cemil tells Erol about it so, he leaves Lale. Cemil and his mother make a plot to kill Lale. Luckily Suna has been eavesdropping and informs Erol right away. Erol reaches home just before Cemil poisons Lale and saves her. The police arrest Cemil. Cemil's mother drinks the poisoned milk, which she has prepared for Lale. In the end Lale and Erol, Suna and Erol's friend Tayfur marry.
