A boy is run over by a bus when trying to get his sister a rosette for her concert, he becomes paralyzed. He does not know he is paralyzed, but instead drifts into a subconscious realm where he meets an old man (a cartoon eric tsang), occasionally he enters the real world, which he believes to be a dream, where he mistakes his sister's daughter for his sister, and soon realises he is paralyzed.

comic book illustrator Simon Loui loses job and girlfriend is pissed off about him. So he gets drunk and wishes upon a star ... just as a spaceship is flying overhead, and an alien buzzes out and follows him home. Using his comic drawings on the walls as a guide, the alien assumes human form (to become Jacqueline Law) and calls herself Mah-Hey. Girlfriend gets understandably upset and walks out. Artist and Mah-Hey get jobs in a new firm, where she gives him support and help to succeed where he failed before. In between, Mah-Hey drinks water by the large bucketload, occasionally helps artist win fights, and looks into his dreams while he sleeps.

Wai was a stuntman who was lazy, loved to dream and afraid to die. He loaned a large amount of money from some bad persons. His wife abandoned him and quit. Also, he will never been employed in his business in stunt. He then wanted to suicide from taking drugs. But after he had taken the drugs, he discovered that had won the first prize in mark six at the same time. He was then sent to hospital. But he was afraid his winning ticket would be theft away. At the end, he hid it inside a TV-set. Unfortunately, the bad persons who loaned to him before came to his home and sold out all the electronic appliances in his home for money. Lastly, a good man bought the TV-set and donated it to the poor persons in Guangxi. Wai traced to Guangxi. But he was robbed by a bad taxi driver and stayed there. Fortunately, he encountered a nice girl called Luk Wan. She took him to her home for a temporary accommodation. At the same time, his TV-set was sent to the same village of Luk Wan. Hilarity ensues.

An ex-con has spent the last ten years of his life in prison for defending the lives of his best friend and his best friend's sister. While in jail he learns to become a teacher's aide. In school he comes across these troubled teens who start hanging around a sleazy low-level triad that runs a video arcade, luring kids by exchanging games for drug running. He eventually befriends the kids pissing off the triad who gets him fired by digging up dirt on his past. But he doesn't care, he proposes to his girlfriend and she says yes but a student is still held under the grasp of the triad. So he goes back into action to try and free the kid and ridding the neighborhood of the sleazy scumbag. Can he reach the kid and change the kid's ways? Will the ex-con and his girl live happily ever after?

To master swimming she kidnaps swimming champion Kwok Chi Yuan (Alex Fong Lik Sun) to the island of Cheung Chau, to make him teach her and her friends how to swim.
