Noémie Saglio, born March 1, 1982, is a French director and screenwriter. She created, wrote, and directed Connasse, a hidden-camera segment on Le Grand Journal (Canal+) in 2013. Saglio also directed several comedy films, including Toute première fois and Connasse, princesse des cœurs.

After studying at the Institut d'études politiques de Lille from 2000 to 2004, Saglio briefly pursued acting, but soon shifted to directing after adapting her thesis into a documentary for Arte. She later attended the National Film and Television School in London.

Saglio co-wrote and directed a TV movie for Canal+ with Maxime Govare before collaborating with Éloïse Lang on Connasse. Her first feature film, Toute première fois, was released in 2015, followed by Connasse, princesse des cœurs, an adaptation of the series, later that year.
