
Shawn Dou
1988 (37 лет)Born in Xi'an, Dou moved to Canada at age ten and attended David Lloyd George Elementary School in Vancouver, where he won karate championships. He later graduated from Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School and the Beijing Film Academy. Dou gained fame for his role in Zhang Yimou's The Love of the Hawthorn Tree (2010) and starred in films such as The Seal of Love (2011), Wolf Totem (2015), and Youth Dinner (2017), winning Best Actor at the Festival Du Cinema Chinois De Paris.
Dou became well-known for his role in the historical drama Princess Agents and appeared in Tribes and Empires: Storm of Prophecy. In 2019, he starred in See You Again and Ten Years Late, and co-starred in the action thriller Breakout: Sky Fire. In 2020, he reunited with Tiffany Tang in the historical drama The Legend of Xiao Chuo.
