Christopher Terrell "CJ" Johnson LeBlanc (born December 12, 1995) is an American actor known for his early achievements in film and television. Born in New Orleans, he was raised primarily by his mother, Akira Maria LeBlanc, an educator, and later his step-father, Lemuel LeBlanc IV, a retired military specialist. LeBlanc grew up between Hawaii and Texas due to his stepfather's military career, attending Leilehua High School in Hawaii and Westfield High School in Texas.

He began acting in church and community plays before transitioning to film after his freshman year at Stephen F. Austin State University. His first break came with a role in Trumbo (2015), where director Jay Roach upgraded him from a featured extra to a principal role. This led to co-starring on NCIS: New Orleans (2015) and supporting roles in Arsenal (2017) and School Spirits (2017). LeBlanc is set to star in Just Mercy (2020), playing John McMillian, alongside Jamie Foxx and Michael B. Jordan.
