
Charmin Lee

Charmin began her television career in 1989, initially using the last name Talbert. Her notable roles include appearances in the series Port Charles (1998–2003), Diagnosis: Murder (1999–2001), Girlfriends (2000–2007), as well as roles in The Vampire Diaries and the film Little Red Wagon. She has appeared in over 40 films and TV shows.
In addition to her acting work, Charmin also teaches acting classes for beginners.

When Dr. Cable attacks, Tally helps free the rebels but learns Shay is now a Pretty. To aid the cause, Tally volunteers to test a cure. The story ends with Tally living as a Pretty but still bearing her scar, indicating her commitment to justice.
