Charmin Lee (born December 25, 1967, Denver) is an American actress. She is the youngest of 11 children in her family. After finishing high school, she attended Colorado State University, where she studied journalism and communications.

After moving to California, Charmin got married and became a stepmother to her husband's 8-year-old daughter from his previous marriage, but they divorced after six years. In 2009, she moved to Atlanta, and in 2012, she was arrested for shoplifting.

Charmin began her television career in 1989, initially using the last name Talbert. Her notable roles include appearances in the series Port Charles (1998–2003), Diagnosis: Murder (1999–2001), Girlfriends (2000–2007), as well as roles in The Vampire Diaries and the film Little Red Wagon. She has appeared in over 40 films and TV shows.

In addition to her acting work, Charmin also teaches acting classes for beginners.
