He has been practicing transcendental meditation for over 40 years. Seinfeld is an avid baseball fan and a supporter of the New York Mets. Occasionally, he appears as a guest on the WFAN sports program, where he comments on Mets games and baseball in general. These appearances are called "Jerry from Queens."
Seinfeld is left-handed, and the first joke he wrote was about this.
