Alexandra Masangkay
1992 (33 года)Born in Barcelona to Filipino immigrant parents, Masangkay participated in the eighth season of the musical talent show Operación Triunfo in 2011. In 2019, she appeared in the dystopian film The Platform as Miharu, a sadistic prisoner searching for her child. In 2022, she played Wendy, a Filipino migrant domestic worker, in the spy thriller Code Name: Emperor, and she completed filming for Valle de sombras in 2023.

The film is set in the world of The Platform, within a towering "Vertical Self-Management Center" that functions as a prison for both criminals and volunteers. Each of the many floors houses two occupants, and a platform descends daily, delivering food. However, tensions arise as some individuals refuse to adhere to the unspoken rules of sharing, leading to growing unrest and challenging the established system.
