His early work includes the short films Tony and Cagnolino. Tony was listed among the "Best 10 Short Films of 2019" by UK Film Review and recognized by Silver Bear winners Damiano and Fabio D'Innocenzo. Garcia also appeared in Alexandra Lamy's feature film Touchées and had a recurring role in Hulu's Death and Other Details. In 2022, he was cast in The Substance by Coralie Fargeat, alongside Margaret Qualley and Demi Moore. He plays Coco in John Woo's remake of The Killer. Garcia wrote, produced, and co-directed his debut feature Vache Folle with Lorenzo Bentivoglio, in which he stars. He also directed and appeared in the music video "Mauve" by his brother MALO.

After injecting it, a younger version named Sue emerges from her back. The two must switch bodies weekly, with Sue quickly regaining Elisabeth's fame on her old show. As Sue thrives, Elisabeth struggles with feelings of inadequacy and neglects her health, leading to her rapid aging. The relationship between them deteriorates as Sue becomes addicted to the serum. Eventually, Elisabeth decides to terminate the connection, but in a shocking turn of events, she revives Sue, resulting in tragic consequences. The story culminates in a chaotic live broadcast where a monstrous hybrid of the two emerges, leading to a horrifying conclusion that explores themes of fame, identity, and the consequences of desperation.

Her only comforts are her friendship with an old tailor, a goldfish, and crossword puzzles. Finn assigns Zee to kill a Marseille drug gang at a nightclub. She completes the job, but a young American singer, Jenn Clark, is accidentally blinded during the chaos. Despite orders to kill all witnesses, Zee spares Jenn's life. When Finn learns of this, he orders Zee to finish the job at the hospital where Jenn is recovering. Meanwhile, police inspector Sey, investigating the death of Jenn's drug-dealing boyfriend Coco, discovers a demo of Jenn's music, leading him to her.
