
Marli Siu
1993 (32 года)Born in Hong Kong, Siu moved to Forres in Moray, Scotland, at the age of four. She has a Scottish mother and a Chinese father, and she grew up with four sisters. She attended Forres Academy and was active in youth theatre before earning a BA in Acting and English Literature from Edinburgh Napier University.
Siu gained recognition in 2015 with a nomination for the ‘Under 25: Fresh Blood Award’ at the Underwire Film Festival for her role in the short film Scoring. Her stage work includes Dead Letter Office and Much Ado About Nothing at Dundee Repertory Theatre, where she received an Ian Charleson Awards commendation. After relocating to London in 2017, she starred in the CBBC web series Dixi and made her feature film debut in Anna and the Apocalypse, which premiered at Fantastic Fest.
In 2019, she featured in Run and Our Ladies, both screened at the London Film Festival. Siu has been acknowledged as one of Screen International's Stars of Tomorrow.
