Courtney Nichole, a Chicago native, stars as Leah in Tyler Perry's comedy series "Assisted Living" on BET. She has appeared in various productions, including Amazon Prime's "Not for Nothin'," Lifetime's "Sinister Surrogate," and the Emmy-winning Proctor & Gamble commercial "The Talk." A theater enthusiast, she has performed in August Wilson's "Fences" and the Pulitzer Prize-winning play "No Place to be Somebody." After earning a degree in Elementary Education, Courtney pursued acting full-time and is dedicated to social justice and body positivity. She enjoys golfing and cooking for loved ones.
