Benjamin Joseph Schwartz (born September 15, 1981, in the Bronx, New York) is an American actor, comedian, writer, director, and producer. He is best known for his roles as Jean-Ralphio Saperstein in the sitcom "Parks and Recreation" and Clyde Oberholt in the series "House of Lies." He has also voiced characters in animated series such as Randy Cunningham in "Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja," Dewey Duck in "DuckTales," and Leonardo in "Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles." Schwartz voiced Sonic in the film "Sonic the Hedgehog" and its sequel.

He has appeared in films such as "Peep World," "Everybody's Fine," "The Other Guys," "The Walk," "This Is Where I Leave You," "Standing Up, Falling Down," and "Flora & Ulysses." On television, he has appeared in series like "Space Force" and "The Afterparty," and voiced the character Pudd in the interactive Netflix special "We Lost Our Human."

Schwartz was born into a Jewish family in the Bronx. His father was a social worker turned real estate agent, and his mother was a music teacher. At the age of 11, his family moved to Edgemont, where he graduated from Edgemont High School and then attended Union College, studying psychology and anthropology.

He is the co-author of three books with Amanda McCall and one book with Laura Moses.
