"Four large fires put the province of Pontevedra in jeopardy and have already burned more than 800 hectares, according to the estimates of Rural Areas. The dry climate, the intense heat registered in recent days and the wind caused the flames to spread quickly in all cases and even threatened population centers". (LA VOZ DE GALICIA, August 9, 2016). "All the sweet stings that come out of the hands all that eagerness to close eyelids to cast dark or dream of blowing a forgetfulness about the charged fronts to turn everything into a canvas without sound It transforms me into the pure breeze of the hour, in that blue face that does not think, in the smile of the stone, in the water that joins the arms mutely. In that last moment in which everything uniform pronounces the word: FINISH". Vicente Aleixandre. B.G.

Will we speak to each other making the grass bend as if a wind were before us, will our way be as graceful, as substantial as the movement of something moving so gently. We break things into pieces like walls we break ourselves into hearing them fall just to hear it. «The Answer», Robert Creeley. B.G.

A past therapist had taught me that counting to four when inhaling and then six when exhaling was the most effective bioregulatory method for anxiety. From March to August 2020, I picked the camera while repeating these exercises, filming during the inhales. First a coping attempt by trying to record calmness amidst the global crisis, halfway through this reel turns into a journal of how the same breathing exercises became a recuperative practice after sudden illness and hospitalisation.
