1989 (36 лет)Vinay's grandfather, Rajkumar first brought him on-screen at the age of five in the film Aakasmika (1993). Vinay followed this with appearances in Odahuttidavaru (1994), his father's film's Anuragada Alegalu (1993) and Navibbaru Namagibbaru (1993), and uncle Shiva's Om (1995) and Hrudaya Hrudaya (1999).
Vinay studied and trained as an actor in "acting workshops with a couple of people" before "training... in theatre". He subsequently trained in dance and martial arts from trainers of uncles' films.[6] In an interview with The Times of India in 2012, he said he was "involved with the filming of [uncle Puneeth's film] Yaare Koogadali", having already worked in the filming of the latter's previous film Anna Bond (2012)

Siddu alias Sidharth (Vinay Rajkumar), a singer and a guitarist and Khushi (Apoorva Arora). While Siddu is a happy-go-lucky boy, Khushi is rather possessive and wants all his attention. When their families agree to get them hitched, Siddu seeks a 20-day break from Khushi to lead a carefree life with his friends. But there's a catch. Khushi's not allowed to meet, call or text him during this period. Khushi, being her clingy self, is not able to live without him. After 20 days, an angry Khushi tells Siddu that she also wants to take a one-year break from him and go to London for higher studies. Siddu agrees. The story takes an interesting turn when Khushi returns with her new lover Rahul. Naturally, Siddu, who's been eagerly waiting for her, is devastated. Will he be able to win her back?
