1970 (54 года)Ecrivant également pour la télévision (Amant de mes rêves), Ivan Calbérac saute le cap du long en 2002 en dirigeant Cécile de France et Bruno Putzulu dans la romance Irène. Poursuivant dans ce registre, il entraîne Alexandra Lamy et Julien Boisselier dans le tourbillon musical de On va s'aimer en 2006, non sans avoir écrit au préalable le scénario du film de danse Alive (2004). On le retrouvera par la suite à la réalisation d'Une semaine sur deux (et la moitié des vacances scolaires), une comédie traitant à la fois des amours adolescentes et de la crise de la quarantaine.
