Daniel Singh's life is a heroic tale, hence his nickname "Warrior". Singh, from Durham, England, played rugby at 14 in 2001. He broke his neck, paralyzing him. Singh completed an eight-month rehabilitation program despite having no guarantee of recovering mobility. He fully recovered from his injury.

Despite being mobile again, Singh struggled with obesity. Singh committed to healthy exercise through basketball and weightlifting. He worked in health clubs for 3–4 years and earned many qualifications. Singh began wrestling professionally at 20 in 2007 after training with Elix Skipper and Mr. Hughes. He also asked Sky 1 to cast him in the Gladiators revival. He was a reservist under the stage name "Thunder" before joining the 2008 series as "Warrior".

Singh, at 6'3" and 238 lbs (17 stones), excelled in the show's Suspension Bridge and Earthquake competitions. WWE signed him as a developmental wrestler in 2010. After a year, he returned to the UK and wrestled through November 2011. Singh joined Super Fight League (SFL) as a 265-pound heavyweight from the UK.

Professional wrestling and MMA were just the beginning for this warrior. Singh made his acting debut in 24: Live Another Day (2014). Singh's warrior spirit shows how hard work pays off to achieve his goals.
