Окончил ГТК (1925, ВГИК). Работал в Харьковском драмтеатре. В 1925-1931 работа в Москве, с 1931 - на киностудии «Азерфильм» (Бакинская киностудия). Автор ряда очерков, телефильмов, монтировал киножурналы.
