Michael Norton, John Terrence “JT” Norton

A young man and filmmaker, Michael Norton, suffers from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, but is persevering through life's hardships with the help of his skateboarding brother, John Terrence Norton. However, John, trying to achieve his dream of becoming a pro-skateboarder, struggles due to his schizophrenia. Eventually taking his own life due to the overwhelming delusions and anxiety, John dies in December of 2016. Michael, coping with the tragedy alongside his other family members, decides to produce a film to honor the memory of his aspirational brother.
