Rupert Friend
1981 (43 года)Friend was born in Oxfordshire and studied at Cherwell School and d’Overbroeck’s College in Oxford, later training at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art. Initially wanting to become an archaeologist, he turned to acting, inspired by Harrison Ford and Marlon Brando.
He made his debut in 2004 in The Libertine, followed by roles in The Boy in the Striped Pajamas, Chéri, and The Young Victoria. In 2008, he directed the short film The Continuing and Lamentable Saga of the Suicide Brothers and, in 2010, Steve, starring Colin Firth and Keira Knightley.
He dated Keira Knightley from 2005 to 2010. Since 2013, he has been married to Aimee Mullins; their wedding took place on May 1, 2016.
