Patrick Mölleken

Since then he has been part of more than 100 film and TV productions, among others award-winning features such as „Ihr könnt Euch niemals sicher sein“, „Rommel“, „Tatort – Hundstage“, „Shattered Night – November 9, 1938“, „King Laurin“ and „The Last Supper“.
His teamwork with German rapper Eko Fresh on the anti racism viral video „ABER” (more than 10 Mio. clicks) has recently been presented with the „Webvideo Award 2018 – Special Award for Social Responsibility by the European Union”.
Furthermore Patrick Mölleken is working as a voice actor on audiobooks, radio dramas and dubbings.
In 2010 he received the Deutscher Hörbuchpreis for „Wie man unsterblich wird“ („Ways to live forever“).

The film is based on the true "case Mirco", the murder of a ten-year-old boy in autumn 2010 in North Rhine-Westphalia, which caused a great stir throughout Germany.

Der 17-Jährige Gymnasiast Oliver Rother bringt seine Gedanken, Gefühle und Erlebnisse gern in Hip-Hop-Texten zum Ausdruck. Als ihm seine Lehrerin Selma Vollrath eine Sechs für eine Deutscharbeit über "Die Leiden des jungen Werther" gibt, die er im Stil eines Rappers getextet hat, verlässt er enttäuscht und wutentbrannt die Klasse. Dabei verliert er einen Zettel, auf dem er in einem drastischen Song ankündigt, Frau Vollrath töten zu wollen. Aus Angst, einen potenziellen Amokläufer im Haus zu haben, informiert die Schulleitung die Polizei. Als diese bei der Hausdurchsuchung auf Olivers Computer gewalttätige Videos findet und sich der Jugendliche nicht eindeutig von seinen Sprüchen distanziert, nimmt ein ungeahntes Drama seinen Lauf.
