Steven Jay Blum (born April 29, 1960, in Santa Monica, California) is an American voice actor, also known as a writer. He is best recognized for voicing characters such as Spike Spiegel, Orochimaru, the Scandalist, Crash Bandicoot, Wolverine, and Sub-Zero. Throughout his 43-year career, from 1981 to 2024, he has participated in approximately 890 projects, including voice work for animated films, anime, and video games, as well as appearances in live-action feature films and documentaries. From 2001 to 2007, Blum also served as a writer for 66 episodes of two animated series. He has used several aliases, including David Lucas, Andrew Wotton, and Daniel Andrews.

Steven was born into a Jewish family in Santa Monica, California. He began his voice acting career in 1981 with the anime Mobile Suit Gundam and has remained active in the field ever since. On June 5, 2012, he was inducted into the Guinness World Records as the most prolific voice actor in video games, having voiced 261 games from 1995 to May 10, 2012. By February 2020, the number of video games Blum had voiced had reached 440.
