James Madio (born November 22, 1975) is an American actor best known for his roles in USA High, Hook, and as Technician Fourth Grade Frank Perconte in Band of Brothers.

Raised in The Bronx, Madio was one of seven children. At 15, he auditioned for Steven Spielberg's Hook (1991) and landed the role of "Don't Ask," one of the Lost Boys. His performance caught the attention of Dustin Hoffman, who cast him as his character's son in Hero (1992). Madio later starred alongside Leonardo DiCaprio in The Basketball Diaries (1995) and played Bobby Lazzerini in the sitcom USA High (1997).

In Band of Brothers, he portrayed Frank Perconte, researching the real-life sergeant to prepare for the role. Madio was also cast as Mike Powell in the short-lived CBS series Queens Supreme (2003).

More recently, he has focused on voice acting and independent films. He appeared in the TV Land series The Exes (2011) and was cast as Carmine in the Paramount+ series The Offer (2021), which chronicles the making of The Godfather.
