Adriano Giannini (born May 10, 1971) is an Italian actor and voice actor, known for his diverse roles in film and television.

Born in Rome to actors Giancarlo Giannini and Livia Giampalmo, Adriano began his acting career at 18. His first significant role was alongside Madonna in the critically panned 2002 film Swept Away, where he reprised his father's role from the original 1974 film. Giannini's international credits include voicing Rat in Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas (2003) and playing Giancarlo Rossi in the ABC series Missing (2012). In 2024, he portrayed Tommaso, Rocco Siffredi's half-brother, in the Netflix series Supersex.

As a voice actor, Giannini dubbed Heath Ledger's Joker in The Dark Knight and Joaquin Phoenix's in Joker and Joker: Folie à Deux. He has also provided the Italian voice for actors like Christian Bale, Tom Hardy, and Ryan Reynolds. In animated films, he voiced Metro Man in Megamind and Mandrake in Epic.

Giannini married Gaia Trussardi, creative director of Trussardi, in 2019 after two years of dating. He had an older brother, Lorenzo, who passed away from an aneurysm at 21, and two younger half-brothers from his father's marriage to actress Eurilla del Bono.
