Raymond Lui Leung-wai (born December 22, 1956) is a Hong Kong actor known for his roles as "Ting Lik" in The Bund (1980) and "Ng Sik-Ho" in To Be Number One (1991).

Born in Chợ Lớn, Saigon, South Vietnam, Lui's family moved to Hong Kong during the Vietnam War. Encouraged by his father, he joined TVB's Artists Training Class in the 1970s. He gained fame with his role in The Bund and continued with the sequels. After retiring from TVB in 1989, he worked in films and mainland Chinese TV series but returned to TVB in 2009 for Born Rich.
