Vikram Bhatt
1969 (55 лет)He is the grandson of Vijay Bhatt, who was one of the pioneer of Indian films and the son of cinematographer Pravin Bhatt. He has more than 21 films to his credit and at present he is the creative head of a conglomerate called ASA productions.
He started his career in 1982, at the young age of 14, with late Director Mukul Anand in Mukul's first film, 'Kanoon Kya Karega'. He worked with Mukul for 6.5 months. His last film with the Late Mukul Anand was one of Indian Cinema's classic, 'Agneepath', on which he was a Chief Assistant.
Post that, he worked with Director Shekhar Kapur for 2.5 years and later with Director Mahesh Bhatt for 2 years, on films like, 'Hum Hain Raahi Pyaar Ke' and 'Junoon'.
He started his career as a Director with a film called 'Jaanam' with Producer Mukesh Bhatt. His first four films did not do too well at the Box Office, till he saw his first success in the film called 'Fareb'. After this, there was no looking back. He had a string of successful films viz. 'Ghulam', 'Kasoor', 'Raaz' and 'Awaara Pagal Deewana'. Post 'Awaara Paagal Deewana', he entered a phase where his films did not do that well except for the odd 'Deewane Hue Paagal' and the semi-biopic, 'Ankahee'.
In 2008, he came back with the success of his horror film, '1920'. 'Shaapit' followed soon after in 2010; completing his successful Horror Trilogy.
In 2010, Bhatt pioneered in the field of stereoscopic 3D for the first time in India and his film Haunted - 3D is the first stereoscopic 3D Hindi film that was released in May 2011.

Sidharth (Aamir Khan), is a Mumbai 'Tapori' and a boxing champion. His elder brother, Jai (Rajat Kapoor) works with Raunak Singh (Sharad Saxena), who now rules their "Basti" through terrorising its people and collecting 'Hafta' from local merchants. Sidharth idolized his father, a freedom fighter, whom he saw falling to his death as a child. This effects Sidharth through his adult life. Sidharth meets a young girl, Alisha (Ranee Mukherjee), who rides with a motorcycle gang and Charlie (Deepak Tijori), the gang leader. Sidharth also meets Hari, whose idealism reminds him of his father. Hari's social work in the community possess a threat to Raunak Singh's evil empire. What happens to Hari changes Sidharth's life forever. How Sidharth breaks Raunak Singh's chains of 'Ghulami' around the community forms the crux of the story. Featuring the superhit song "Aati Kya Khandala" sung by Aamir Khan.

The film starts with the murder of Priti (Divya Dutta), wife of Shekhar (Aftab Shivdasani), a well-known journalist. Inspector Lokhande (Ashutosh Rana) investigates the case and accuses Shekhar of the murder, saying he has enough evidences to arrest him. Upon getting bail from the court, Shekhar's lawyer tells him that he will not be able to fight his case because he is a corporate lawyer. He asks him to contact Simran Bhargav (Lisa Ray), who is a criminal lawyer to fight his case.

Tina Saxena lives a wealthy life-style with her widowed businessman dad. One day, all of a sudden, she gets a nasty shock when her dad informs her that he had a mistress before he was married to her mother, and that this affair had resulted in the birth of a daughter, Nandini. Much to Tina's distaste, he invites Nandini to live with them, and asks her to look after Tina after he passes away, as he has been ill for quite sometime. Mr. Saxena does pass away, leaving a grieving Tina and Nandini, with Tina still having nothing to do with her step-sister. Then a dashing young man, Ranbir Oberoi, enters Tina's life and it is love at first sight for them. Nandini also approves of him, and it looks like Tina has given up on her dislike for Nandini. After a few days, and a purse-snatching incident, Nandini counsels Tina that she should consider breaking up with Ranbir. Aghast at this sudden volte face.
