Mark Alexandrovich Eidelstein (born February 18, 2002, in Nizhny Novgorod) is a Russian actor known for his leading role in the drama "Country Sasha," which premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival in 2022. He has been dubbed the "Russian Timothée Chalamet."

Mark has a younger brother, Matvey, and his mother, Olesya Valeryevna, teaches stage speech at a theater school. In 2018, he became a finalist in the national youth reading competition "Living Classics" and received advice to attend a theater university from GITIS dean Taras Belousov.

After graduating from school externally in 2019, Mark enrolled in the Moscow Art Theater School and graduated in 2023. In 2021, he appeared in the anthology "Sixteen+" and made his feature film debut in the dramedy "First Snow."

In 2022, he played a leading role in the series "Monastery," and in 2023, he portrayed Kolya Gerasimov in the film "A Hundred Years Ahead." He also began filming the biographical movie "Showcase Specimen," where he plays a young Grigory Perelman.

In 2024, Mark starred in the film "Anora," directed by American filmmaker Sean Baker, which won the "Palme d'Or" at the 77th Cannes Film Festival.
