She is recognized for her roles as Valerie in Netflix's After Life (2019–2022), Lola Okonedo Akimbo in BBC Two's Mandy (2020–present), PC Williams in Code 404 (2020–2021), Rosa Babatunde in It's a Sin (2021), and Carla Sunday in Doctor Who (2023–present).

Greenidge began her acting career in 2009 with the short film Leave and gained further recognition in 2016 with her film debut as Ms. Vincent in The Intent, reprising her role in the sequel. She joined After Life in 2019 and has since appeared in various short films and TV series, including Doctors, Casualty, and Timewasters.

In January 2023, it was announced that Greenidge would guest star in the fourteenth series of Doctor Who. She has also performed in various theater productions, showcasing her diverse talents.
